Duties:
To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.
Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners, parents, outside agencies and College staff, referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.
Monitor the fitness to study and disciplinary process, administering associated paperwork ensuring copies are sent to students and parents/guardians of students aged under 18
Maintaining information and reporting on data held on the student record system and other administrative systems.
Skills/Experience:
Two years’ experience within an administrative role
Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft IT packages
Qualifications:
Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
